This policy applies only to data we collect directly. Once your booking is confirmed, the local rental company that supplies your vehicle processes your personal information under their own privacy terms to prepare the rental agreement.
When you fill out our contact form or submit a review, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any message or feedback you choose to share. We also log technical data automatically when you visit our site. Server logs record your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. These logs help us maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and understand how visitors navigate the site.
We do not ask for payment card details on contact forms. Card information is handled entirely by our booking system during the reservation process.
When you make a reservation, our booking system collects your name, email, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details, driver age, and payment information to process the advance payment. That data is shared with the rental company that will supply your vehicle so they can prepare the rental agreement and contact you if needed.
The rental company processes your data as an independent controller. They use it to verify your driving licence at pick-up, prepare the signed agreement, and manage the vehicle handover and return. We use cookies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in if you return, and measure site performance. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for up to two years, or longer if needed to resolve a dispute. Booking records are retained for up to seven years to comply with accounting and tax obligations. Technical logs are deleted after 90 days unless flagged for security investigation.
Once the retention period expires, we delete or anonymize your data so it can no longer identify you.
